Exporting Data
Export data from any list view or generate formatted reports for stakeholders and regulatory submissions.
List Export (CSV)
On any list page (Facilities, Assemblies, Permits, Results, etc.):
- Apply any desired filters.
- Click the Export button in the toolbar.
- Choose CSV format.
- The download starts automatically.
PDF Reports
Navigate to Reports to generate formatted PDF reports:
- Compliance summary by facility or module
- Overdue inventory reports
- Violation summaries
- Periodic reports (pretreatment semi-annual, MS4 annual, etc.)
Copy of Record
For CROMERR-compliant records, generate a Copy of Record — a tamper-evident PDF with embedded hash, timestamp, and signatory details. See the CROMERR section for more information.
