Profile Settings
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile to access your personal settings.
Basic Information
- Display Name — How your name appears to other users in the workspace.
- Email — Your login email. Changing this requires email verification.
- Password — Change your password. Must be at least 8 characters.
Notification Preferences
Control which notifications you receive:
- Email Notifications — Overdue reminders, violation alerts, and team mentions.
- In-App Notifications — Real-time alerts in the notification bell.
- Digest Frequency — Choose daily, weekly, or immediate delivery for email summaries.
Theme
Toggle between Light and Dark mode from the avatar menu or profile page. SmartComply respects your system preference by default.
